MCP: motorical_whoami now answers billing questions

  • New. account.billing in motorical_whoami (and GET /api/public/v1/account/whoami): the plan price (amount in minor units, currency, interval), trial end, current period end and next renewal date, whether the plan cancels at period end and when it ends, this month's sends against the plan cap, and whether the payment method is ok or failing.
  • Who sees it. Every connection that can call whoami, with no extra scope. The same connection already reads the account's plan and owner email.
  • Never included. Invoices, receipts, invoice links, card details and tax ids.
  • Honest gaps. A value that cannot be resolved is null with its reason under billing.unavailable; nothing is guessed.
