Communications: delete a workspace from the API

DELETE /comm-api/api/workspaces/{id} permanently deletes a workspace together with its people, lists, templates, campaigns and webhooks. Send {"dryRun": true} first to see what would go; the real call must repeat the workspace name as confirmName. The default workspace cannot be deleted, and a workspace with a scheduled or sending campaign is refused until you cancel it. Account-wide suppressions are untouched. This is a person-only action: AI agents connected through MCP cannot delete a workspace.
