Audience filters: an end date now includes the whole day

  • A bare end date includes the whole day. date_to: "2026-11-04" used to mean 00:00 UTC at the start of 4 Nov, so a one-day range returned nobody. It now runs to 23:59:59 UTC. A full timestamp is still taken exactly.
  • Results explain themselves. comms_search_audience, comms_audience_summary and a filtered comms_derive_list dry run return as_of (when the counts were read) and interpreted (the date range in plain words). The API endpoints POST /recipients/search and /summary return the same.
